PLENUM can make on-site technical assistance available at short notice. However, we know that proactivity is a better approach to assisting you with optimizing your production output. Therefore, our contracts generally include a service Agreement recommending fixed number of preventive and consultative visits per year by one of our service specialists. The Service Agreement will start an introduction session for management supervisors. During this session, PLENUM will go through the conditions of obtaining the best possible OEE, and expectations regarding the services Agreement will be matched. Performance Important Agreement

A want initiative within PLENUM Service Innovation is the Performance Improvement Agreement, which is a new type of Service agreement, based on data collection and data analysis.

Plenum Performance Improvement Agreement will give your management a more detailed insight into production efficiency and operation behavior. Our in-depth data analysis will provide a very accurate assessment of downtime and error statistics.

Together, we will develop and execute a joint action plan that will help to take corrective measures in your daily operations. Once the plan is implemented your management will regularly have remote interaction sessions with PLENUM who shall explain the conclusions from the data analysis and purpose improvement actions

Based on your specific requirements, the Performance Improvement Agreement will be continuously adjusted in close dialog with your PLENUM Accounts Manager and Service Consultants. We shall help maintain the results obtained and will gradually include more and more value-enacting elements, tailored to your needs.
